Entry
Pre-book customers:
Once you approach the entry barrier, the Automatic Number Plate Recognition should recognise your number plate and the barrier will raise. Should the barrier not raise, scan the QR code from your booking confirmation email or press the intercom button for assistance.
Turn-up customers:
At the barrier control panel simply press the button and take the dispensed token. The barrier will lift automatically. If token is not present please press the intercom button.
Exit
Pre-book customers:
Upon exit, the Automatic Number Plate Recognition should again recognise your number plate and the barrier will raise automatically. If required, simply press the intercom button for assistance.
Turn-up customers:
Having paid for your stay at one of our paystations, once at the barrier insert your token. If prompted for overstay payment use integrated chip-and-pin device.
