    Idaho Falls Regional Airport (IDA) is a city-owned airport that is located just a few miles northwest of Idaho Falls, Bonneville County, Idaho, United States. Formerly known as Fanning Field. IDA is the second-busiest airport in Idaho, giving way to Boise Airport only. While it handles around 200 000 passengers annually, the airport definitely has a potential to grow. Currently 3 American airlines are servicing Idaho Falls Airport, they are Delta Airlines, United Express, and Allegiant Air. Allegiant Air operates nonstop flights to Las Vegas (LAS) and Phoenix/Mesa (AZA), as well as seasonal flights to Los Angeles (LAX) and Oakland/San Francisco (OAK). Delta offers all-year nonstop flights to Salt Lake City (SLC) and seasonal travels to Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP). And finally United Express operates nonstop flights to Denver (DEN).

    Idaho Falls Airport is a small and convenient two-story terminal building, located on the edge of the city. There are two main entrances on the ground level. The left one is leading directly to the airline ticket counters, while the right one holds baggage claim area and rental car booths. The wide lobby area in the middle has plenty of seats, ATM machines, a payphone, and charging stations. After passing through the security check, two escalators will take you to the upper floor. There are two gates on the upper level: Gate 1 and Gate 2. Charging stations are also present on the second floor, as well as ATMs and different vending machines. The variety of food beverage choices are presented by Kathryn’s Snack Shack, Kathryn’s lounge, and Kathryn’s restaurant on the ground floor. The upper floor includes only small Kathryn’s Snack Shak and vending machines.     Idaho Falls Airport parking rates start after the first 30 minutes of free complimentary parking. The Hourly parking rates $1.50 for every 20 minutes after, up to a daily maximum of $15. The Daily parking rates $1 per each additional 30 minutes, up to a daily rate of $7. The first 3 days are $7 each and $9 per each day after that. Idaho Falls Airport Long-Term parking rates $2 per each hour up to a daily maximum of $7 or a weekly maximum of $42.
