The airport takes second place as largest terminal airport in Michigan after Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport. GRR covers more than one hundred flight a day to and from roughly 25 highly-demanded destinations. It operates almost 3 million passengers every year. The airport consists of one two-level Terminal Building with 2 concourses (A and B) and two runways.

Long-Term Garage Parking is a 4 level covered Garage building right across the Terminal, which makes it very easy to reach. Note, that the top floor is uncovered. North Lot is located behind the Garage and is meant for long term parking. There is no shuttle bus available from this lot, but you can proceed to and from Main Terminal easily via pedestrian walkways. East Lot also meant for the long term parking and no shuttle bus available. Economy Lot is situated the farthest from the terminal. Bus shuttle services are available from special shelters; free ride is available every 15 minutes, 24/7.
